Type of Organization: Research
Description of Services:

Nuworld Research and Development researches the generation of electricity from manure as a clean energy source that reduces both local pollution and emissions of greenhouse gases while growing margins. Ag-Waste (manure to electricity) can provide sustainable power to Common Service Centres (CSC) for rural and village electrification, “e-Krishi” and other e-Governance programs. World Bank is providing further funding for a range of e-governance initiatives in India as part of the first phase of National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). The Government will give Internet access free and over 300,000 villages need electricity to link with Internet. Currently, the organization is collecting field data from Ontario farmers and greenhouse growers for concept engineering an India focused process transfer plan resulting in long term opportunities for farmers, developers, process management companies, and training and continuous research (ideally suitable for Universities) and LDC.
