FORS Montenegro is a regional development organization, established in 2006 as a non-governmental, non-profit foundation. Our main fields of work are socioeconomic development, environmental protection and civil society development. Our main areas of expertise are in development of projects, improvement of international cooperation, and implementation of projects. We developed and implemented a series of projects related to waste management, raising environmental awareness, climate change, preservation of natural resources, etc. We have expertise in various activities such as trainings, conferences, study visits, workshops, analysis and research, surveys, studies, procurement of equipment and services, construction and renovation of objects, environmental campaigns, PR activities and events, brochures, mobile applications, info days, etc. The majority of projects were international, and we collaborate with a number of partners abroad, many of which are from the environmental sector. |
