The ISWA World Congress is a global meeting that includes high-level plenaries, technical site visits and a cultural and social program where waste management professionals, government officials, industry leaders, policy makers, scientists and young professionals will meet to exchange views and opinions to advance scientific and technical knowledge for sustainable solid waste management.
The ISWA World Congress 2019 will be the event’s 29th edition, and is expected to attract more than 1,200 delegates from across the globe. This year’s congress will focus on sustainable waste management, circular economy and resource efficiency, highlighting future strategies, new and smart technologies, and other topics.
