The semi-annual meeting was held in conjunction with the Methane Emissions Reduction Workshop, sponsored by the Russian Academy of Sciences. Subcommittee and Project Network members discussed steps to advance the Partnership, including a review of recently completed country profiles, current activities and project opportunities for 2005 and beyond.
