Horn Africa Center for Research and Development is a research based center based in Somalia working on research issues regarding developmental issues surrounding humanitarian protection. The initiative came up after the horn of Africa has came across a series of drought and famine emergencies that affected millions of vulnerable persons which are still victims of the disaster. The center is carrying out local researches to know exactly contributing to the route cause of the natural disaster. |
