The deprtment of Bio-Energy of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has developed different types of biogas plants for biomethanation of animal and plant wastes. TNAU has been offering different types of trainings on biogas development to government officials, NGOs, etc. in the neighbouring three southern states of Soth India.
M.Singaravelu is a Professor at the University and has been working on methane recovery projects for the past 10 years. |
