ARS, Asociacion para el Estudio de los Residuos Solidos, is a non profit association established in Buenos Aires, Argentina created in 1997. Its major purpose is to provide qualifications for and professionalize those individuals and or entities associated to the collection, transport, recycling and final disposal of solid waste. The need to improve the existing solid waste management techniques gave rise to its foundation. |
