Onsite Check-in: Check-in will take place on Monday, March 28 at 8am outside the Grand Ballroom and continue throughout the Forum. Please stop by to pick up your nametag, folder, and other handouts.

We are providing a free shuttle bus between the Key Bridge Marriott and the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center on Tuesday – Friday. You may download the shuttle bus schedule here.
Airport Information: The Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center is located approximately 7 miles from Reagan National Airport (DCA), 25 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and 45 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

From IAD the estimated fare is $51.00/one way.

Accessibility by Car: From Washington DC:
Follow M Street NW towards the Key Bridge. Continue onto Canal Road. Stay in the right lane to continue onto Foxhall Road. You will make a right turn at Reservoir Road. You will make a right turn into Entrance # 1 (it will be the second entrance into the hospital from the direction you are coming from). Follow the road until it dead ends into an underground parking garage, which is the Leavey Center Parking garage. Follow the signs to the elevators which will bring you up to the Conference Center Lobby.

From BWI, Baltimore, And Other Points North On I-95:
Take exit I-95 South towards Washington. Take exit 27 to merge onto I-495 North/West towards Silver Spring. Take exit 35, Rockville Pike/Wisconsin Avenue (MD-355) South which will lead you directly into DC. Make a right turn onto Reservoir Road. Make a left turn into Entrance # 1. Follow the road until it dead ends into an underground parking garage, which is the Leavey Center Parking garage. Follow the signs to the elevators which will bring you up to the Conference Center Lobby.

From Northwest Maryland And Points North On I-270:
Follow 270 South bound towards Washington, DC. Merge onto MD-355/Rockville Pike towards Bethesda. Continue onto Wisconsin Avenue, NW. Make a right turn onto Reservoir Road. Make a left turn into Entrance # 1. Follow the road until it dead ends into an underground parking garage, which is the Leavey Center Parking garage. Follow the signs to the elevators which will bring you up to the Conference Center Lobby.

From Richmond, VA And Other Points South On I-95:
Follow I-95 Northbound until it splits and merge onto I-395 Northbound, towards Washington DC. Take exit 8B for Washington Blvd/VA-27. Merge onto VA-27 N. Take the exit onto VA-110 N. Take the exit onto I-66 West. Proceed to exit 73 for US-29/Hwy. Make a right turn onto N. Lynn Street. Stay straight on this road as it will continue onto the Key Bridge. Once on the Bridge stay in the left most lane. You will make a left turn at the M Street stoplight. M Street will turn into Canal Street and then into Foxhall Road. Stay in the right lane as it will continue on in your intended direction. You will make a right turn at Reservoir Road (there will be a Hospital sign at the light pointing to the right). You will make a right turn into Entrance # 1 (it will be the second entrance into the hospital from the direction you are coming from). Follow the road until it dead ends into an underground parking garage, which is the Leavey Center Parking garage. Follow the signs to the elevators which will bring you up to the Conference Center Lobby.
