The LCEF has two parts: the Low Carbon Economy Leadership Fund and the Low Carbon Economy Challenge. The Low Carbon Economy Challenge is awarding over $500 million to projects across Canada that will reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and generate clean growth.
