Results and Outcomes This public-private training initiative will include a series of 12 courses delivered in China by U.S. experts to Chinese energy sector leaders and practitioners that include national and provincial leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission (NRDC), representatives from Chinese oil and gas companies, regulators, and others.

Description of In-Kind Support:

Comments The training will cover topics in gas sector technology, regulation, and markets/finance/pricing including production, transport, import, distribution, and consumption of natural gas as well as development of coal bed methane. The program would also include an orientation visit (OV) to relevant sites and vendor facilities in the United States. The U.S. Energy Association (USEA) is carrying out this training program.
