Description of In-Kind Support:
* Australia DITR provided logistical support, organizing the meeting location and reserving blocks of hotel rooms for workshop participants and hosted a reception.
* Australia CSIRO hosted site visit to QCAT.
* EPA organized the workshop, secured speakers, and provided logistical support during the meeting: taking notes and posting them to the Web site, funded the workshop costs, and provided travel support for some participants.
* Japan NEDO provided travel support for delegates from several countries including, China, India, Nigeria, Russia, and Ukraine.

Coal Subcommittee meeting was held immediately following this event.
